Unverified accounts may experience delays or restrictions on withdrawals. ph 35 aims to process verified GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability and transaction volume.

All transactions on the Platform are monitored for suspicious activity. ph 35 reserves the right to freeze accounts, delay withdrawals, and report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable AML laws and regulations.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. ph 35 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You may close your ph 35 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
